My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic, just a block away from Union Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms had views of the Intercontinental and partial views of the Bay, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy due to their proximity to the cable car.
